Returns Policy

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement. VFASHION, by supporting e-commerce, enables you, through the completeness of the descriptions posted on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, quickly and easily.

However, wanting to meet our customers even more, in order to highlight the benefits of using the Internet in our daily shopping, we offer the possibility of returning the products.

Return Conditions
The date of receipt of your order with the date of the return request must not exceed 5 calendar days.
The packaging must not have been tampered with and must be in its original (factory) condition.
Return procedure
If you are near our store
In this case you can visit our store and, after the condition of the product has been checked by the responsible employee, he/she will guide you further.

If you are receiving via courier
In this case:

Pack the product, in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
You place a document in the packaging that you have prepared in which you indicate how you wish us to resolve the financial dispute if the product is deemed suitable for return.
You send the parcel, via the courier agency from which you received your order, to the attention of our Returns Department. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We would like to point out that in the event that the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
